*Raw Coconut Macaroons*


By far the quickest raw dessert there is, because they are raw the flavors are alive, simple and soooo good!


Yields: 15 Servings

Ingredients

2 cups Coconut raw unsweetened
1/4 cup Maple syrup pure
1 1/2 cups
Almond flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1/4 cup
XAgave
2 pinches Sea salt


-- TOPPING *Optional --
1 tablespoon Cocoa unsweetened
1 teaspoon Agave


Instructions
In food processor combine all ingredients. Scoop out into balls with ice cream scooper and refridgerate. Can be topped with cocoa, coconut shavings, or fruit. Best served after chilled.
